How to get rid of Emotional Crisis?

 Now that we know the importance of dealing with Emotional Crisis I would like to bring you few points to work on. Some of them may sound stupid and ridiculous but trust me bring them to part of your life and you shall see the sun shine entering your life.

 Solutions of Emotional Crisis are quiet very simple as I have said earlier and you may ignore them but I would request you to follow them for just 1 month and observe the change. The Solutions are as mentioned below:

1)      Forgive Yourself and Forgive Others:

1st and most important rule to start over is to forgive your-self and forgive others. In today’s world what hauls all the people are self-criticism, cursing oneself and grief. Why do we criticize ourselves or curse ourselves? When we have repeated failures and mistake our loved one and other people criticize us with a good intention to help us realize our mistake and improve. But instead of realizing the mistake, most of us take it in a wrong way and consider ourselves good for nothing and a bad person. We start to criticize ourselves for being such a waste. Grief of having to be such a bad person hauls the person till grave.

                The only way to come out of this is to forgive yourself. Forgive others who spoke those words to you their intentions was only to help you grow. You have to understand the right way to perform better, the way that suits you. Find those distractions and caste them away, rather I would suggest to utilizes them as rewards for your hard work. For example when I was a school going kid I had a rough time with my studies. I was very fond of watching television and that being a distraction I could never focus on my studies. So my academic results were never appreciable. Some time I even struggled to clear my final exams to qualify for next year. So I was at times punished by my parents and at one particular time even I believed that I am good for nothing. Similarly it is a problem for many of us and I would like to help them. The solution is to identify the distraction or the root cause of failure and then converting your distraction into your motivation. For example since I am addicted to watching television I cannot simply turn away from watching TV. Instead What I can do is set a goal of today’s work and declare that once I am done with today’s work only then I will watch TV. Or fix a certain amount of time to watch television before you start your work and then you finish the work and later you are free to do whatever you wish. This way you will be self-motivated to finish the work. You will ultimately use your short falls as a tool and power to grow and improve yourself. It’s never too late to start again, start with forgiving yourself for your past behavior and methods of working and also forgive others as their intentions were only to improve you. Find your distractions and use them as power to grow.

 

2)      Don’t fight back the negative thoughts:

It is known to everyone that the more you try to fight or avoid the negative thoughts the more your mind will be focused on them and will not help you come out of them instead you will end up doing more of what you wanted to avoid. That feeling of failure will destroy you further.

The Best way is to accept the negative thoughts and guide your mind to correct path. For example say I am in office and I have a thought of not working today. So rather than forcing yourself to work and cursing yourself for such a lazy and irresponsible attitude what you can do is just take a short break  for cup of coffee or small dose of sweet. This shall lift your spirit up for few more hours of the day. Or you can do is put a goal to finish the most urgent work and then you will throw yourself a small treat. This will be a more productive way of improving yourself while handling negative thoughts.

 

3)      Give a Treat to Yourself :

Whenever you attain success or achieve something your Family, Friends and colleagues asks for a treat. But the actual person who deserves a treat is you – yourself. Always remember to share your happiness with others and yourself. We never ask ourselves for a treat. So for now on make a rule to treat yourself for all the good reasons you have. Treat need not be a big feast but even a small chocolate or may be an ice cream shall do the trick for you. If the reason is big enough for a big bash then why not go for it. Self-appreciation will help you come out of self -pity, will help your mind to record your good work. Try to appreciate the efforts you put to keep things on place instead of simply celebrating the rank. If you keep celebrating the efforts you will start to enjoy the process and ultimately you will do the things with your heart and outcome will come the way you want.

 

4)      Smile at yourself (this one is my best way, please try it):

Smile while you stand in front of a mirror, I know it sounds stupid and if others see you doing this I am sure they are gonna laugh at you. But trust me this really works. See our mind records what we see? What we feel? Our mind has recorded for a long time to be sad and frustrated. But when we start to smile at ourselves our mind starts to record that even you smile and slowly you’ll see magic happening in your life. To add more to this appreciate what’s good in you while you stand in front of the mirror and say that you are proud of your efforts to improve yourself.

 

5)      LOL :

You got it – Laugh out louder. These day’s people use them to express that they can’t control their laughter only on social messaging apps. But in reality they are only forcing a smile on their face. If you could actually laugh out louder then you will definitely turn the stone. Laughter helps your mind to release positive hormones and your body will start to recover from all mental and physical illness. Power of resonance: your laughter will be like hitting a stone in a still lake likewise a loud laughter will bring the waves to change of mental condition and repeated act will definitely break the ice.

 

 

 6)      Make fun of Yourself and Enjoy it :

        First understand why yourself, if you make fun of others then you may upset a friend or relative not everyone take it as a joke. Instead if you make fun of yourself you are definitely not gonna hurt anyone else. Secondly our mind filled with anger, worries, fear and ego. When we make fun of ourselves the first thing that leaves our mind is Ego. When you laugh at yourself all the anger, worries and fear that had accumulated within will start to melt away slowly. Soon you will realize the magic, your body will start responding to medicine you have been taking and at certain stage you will no longer need medicines.

7) Joy of Giving or sharing

        There is no other happiness bigger then joy of Giving and sharing. It doesn't require you to give away everything you have. Actually giving or sharing the small things with your loved ones or others who are in need gives you the moment to experience true Joy, Love and Happiness. There are other methods as well like exercising in gym or may be a light walk in lawn, Meditation is a very good option as well. If your body supports your childishness within then sporting is ice breaking. Entertainment and amusement methods can be mood lifting for short while but supportive in building the momentum in improving your mental health.

Crisis - You can get rid of..

What is Crisis?

                Crisis can be defined as - time of intense difficulty or danger which needs your complete attention.

What are the types of crisis?

                There are many types of crisis. You may think of crisis in terms of Financial Crisis or Economic Crisis, You may even think of medical crisis and environmental crisis. But there is one more fundamental crisis that has engulfed the entire world. A fundamental crisis that affects each and every person irrespective of his/Her age, sex, location and caste.


                 What is it that affects the entire world? One more important point to note is that the people are even unaware of it. That is why it is one of the most deadly Crises. So what is it? Well it’s “Emotional Crisis”.

Emotional Crisis is suffering with feeling of loneliness, depressed mind, negative thoughts, anger on pity stuff, Stress, etc

                Yes it’s Emotional Crisis that people are not aware of. If one is not aware of the problem then it is equal to silent poison. You are destroying yourself but not anymore. I am going to share some very simple solutions for this problem. It is quite an irony, the deadly the problem the simpler the solution. Although you have to just keep doing the solution over and over again every-day until you realize victory over the crisis. In-order to understand the solution you need to understand what exactly is the problem? Which means to understand what is Emotional Crisis? How does it happen? What are the effects of Emotional Crisis?

                                                           

Emotional Crisis is suffering with feeling of loneliness, depressed mind, negative thoughts, anger on pity stuff, disappointment with achievements, jealousy, fear, envy, stress etc.  How do you identify whether you or your loved one is suffering from Emotional Crisis or not? If you notice one or more of these symptoms in anyone he/She is suffering with emotional crisis. For example you will often find a person complaining for every small issue, or someone always lost in oneself or not taking part in any kind of enjoyment or parties and even if they come to parties they are always nagging for things or are feeling lonely despite crowd. Person suffering from emotional crisis are often speaking negative words and are always depressed or angry and yelling at everyone. One important way of identifying a person suffering from emotional crisis is when you see a person performing well will not celebrate the victory. He/She may be happy with success but will not express with open heart. Others may take the person as a well behaved person as a well behaved person or a professional person but actually he/she is suffering with Emotional Crisis. Their mind has accepted the poison as a part of life and they believe that they don’t have any right of happiness or happiness won’t last long enough or it’s not their destiny to live happily. Some are always angry as they believe that others are not performing well at all.


 

Why Emotional crisis needs to be corrected?

                Mind is the only super power that connects with all organs and supervises them to perform well. Mind releases signals to Hormonal Glands to release hormones to control and regulate effective functions of all organs of the body. But imagine if your boss is not feeling well will it be able to guide others to do better. Likewise if your mind is not feeling well it will not be able to help other organs to perform well. As the mind is poised with emotional crisis it will not be able to understand fully the requirements of the body thus it will over release or sub release hormones. As hormonic balance is destroyed, balance of all organs is destroyed and then begins the game of physical illness. People start to suffer from obesity, diabetics, blood pressure, low immunity, liver function disorder, constipation etc. So it’s really important to deal with emotional crisis earliest possible.

Fat Shiny Nose



Rajesh a teenage boy living freely in his own imaginary world. Rajesh is a kid like any other kid, nothing extraordinary about him, born and brought up in a small town in India in a lower middle class family. Rajesh was raised with principles of being nice and obeying parents. Being raised in a family of strict discipline Rajesh was pretty nice boy. The only thing in which Rajesh was lagging behind that he was never focused on his studies. Despite Rajesh's parents scolding he could not have a heart to be lost in studies. Struggling with studies yet Rajesh managed to clear the term every time.

On one fine day Rajesh was asked to get something from the stores by his mother. It was already 9 at night the stores started to lock down so he rushed to the store to get the stuff. Rajesh didn't wasted anytime and barely managed to reach the store in 15 minutes.



Rajesh was about to experience love and blessings of God. On his way back home Rajesh saw an elderly man struggling to walk was coming from the other side of the road towards Rajesh. The old man was partially paralyzed dressed in a white cotton tunic, a golden color watch on his left hand and stick in the right hand. The old man was short in height and had a very smiley face, wrinkles on his face resembled that he was around 65 years old

As Rajesh came close to the old man, the old man requested Rajesh to give a helping hand and support him. Rajesh being a kind hearted boy and helpful person agreed to help the old man. Rajesh held the old man's hand and started walking along with him although the old man going in opposite direction where Rajesh wanted to go. Just after 5 minute of walk, the old man suddenly stopped and asked something to Rajesh but Rajesh could not understand what the old man said. The old man lifted his left hand and pointed the watch towards Rajesh. Soon Rajesh realized the old man wanted know what time is it? Since Rajesh was not having a watch he could not tell the exact time. Rajesh looked into old man's watch and said its 9:25. The old man smiled and his face was covered with wrinkles and there was a glow on the face of the old man. Suddenly the old man grabbed Rajesh nose in a very delicate manner and laughed. Rajesh was shocked, he was hoping the old man would put his hand on his head and bless him but the man the old man said “your nose is shining”.

Rajesh was shocked and move by the action of the old man. The old man said he would continue on his own and Rajesh can leave. Rajesh stood there for a moment and then he realized that the man would like to go alone. Rajesh smiled and started walking towards his own home. What Rajesh experienced was a hair raising moment, a moment of true love and blessing. Rajesh realized the happiness in helping others.

The moral of the story is to help each and every one in need and experience Pure Joy, Love and Blessing.

Two trees Happiness and sorrow

Are you willing to live happy? Are you happy with your life? Do you want to find out how to be happy?


There are different types of trees and different ways to grow them. But there is one golden rule for gardening "The tree you water more grows more".

The more you talk of your happiness it will grow more. But happiness takes more time to grow. Happiness is tree that gives sweet fruit to your life, adds value to your life. Happiness decides how long will one live. No one can live longer without happiness.

On the other hand sorrow is a plant that grows faster. The more you talk of your sorrow it multiply faster and destroys your thought process like a virus. It is easy to nature and hence everyone falls for it. Sorrow destroys your life and a sorrowful soul won't survive long.

Want to know the golden rule for happy life? Its simple count your blessings everyday, praise the lord for the moment he gave you today to live your life. Thank god everyday for each and every small happiness, thank Him in detail. Share your moment with your friends. Why childhood is the best part of our life?  Because we share our happiness with our friends, we celebrate every moment, we enjoy every small victory like a big one.

When we grow into a adult we are taught to behave and control our emotions. So we stop to celebrate, we hassitate to laugh on ourself and all the nonsense. Doing all this we restrict ourself to be happy. We destroy our moment and instead we water sorrow. We cry within and we keep our sorrows to grow within. The day when there is no space for happiness to grow your are dead.

Love yourself for the roses forget the sorrows of the thorn..
Choose wisely between the two trees Happiness and Sorrow. Choice is still yours..
